Dr. Angel Ochoa-Rea

(He/Him) Chiropractor & CEO

Dr. Angel Ochoa-Rea is a distinguished graduate from Life Chiropractic College West in Hayward, CA, where he specialized in Sports Chiropractic and Wellness. He is not only a skilled chiropractor but also the esteemed founder and president of the National Gay and Lesbian Chiropractic Association, advocating for inclusivity and diversity within the field. Dr. Angel proudly serves as a member of the Life Chiropractic College West Board of Regents, contributing his expertise and insights to the institution.

Prior to pursuing his chiropractic education, Dr. Angel excelled academically and athletically at the University of Illinois Chicago, where he received a D1 tennis scholarship. With a passion for holistic healing, he holds certification in the Graston Technique—a specialized soft-tissue treatment that focuses on diagnosing and addressing soft-tissue injuries, joint problems, and adhesions.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Dr. Angel finds joy in the company of his beloved dog and cat, as well as spending quality time with friends. His enthusiasm for staying active is evident on the tennis court, where he frequently engages in spirited matches. An ardent traveler, Dr. Angel has explored over 20 countries to date, broadening his horizons and enriching his understanding of diverse cultures. Notably, he recently embarked on a one-week chiropractic mission trip to India, providing much-needed care to underserved communities.

Dr. Angel's multifaceted dedication to chiropractic care, advocacy for inclusivity, athletic pursuits, and global service exemplify a passionate individual making a positive impact both within and beyond his professional sphere.

Dr. Cam Mizeracki

(He/Him) Chiropractor 

Dr. Cam Mizeracki pursued his chiropractic education at Life Chiropractic College West in Hayward, CA, where his focus on extremities and sports chiropractic developed. He is currently in the process of completing his Certified Chiropractic Extremities Practitioner (CCEP) program, further expanding his expertise in this specialized area. Additionally, Dr. Cam is certified in the IASTM Smart Tools Technique, a soft-tissue treatment approach that addresses the diagnosis and treatment of soft-tissue and joint injuries, as well as adhesions.

Before delving into chiropractic studies, Dr. Cam earned his bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Manitoba, Fort Garry. Throughout his academic journey, he displayed a strong passion for promoting science and exercise literacy among children. Dr. Cam actively contributed to his community by teaching skating lessons and various sports, as well as serving as a volunteer instructor for science and sports programs.

Outside of his professional responsibilities, Dr. Cam finds solace in excursions and cherishing moments with his loved ones. You'll often discover him basking in the sunshine at the beach or rollerblading along the marina, embracing an active and enjoyable lifestyle.

Dr. Cam's dedication to advancing his knowledge in musculoskeletal care, his commitment to promoting science and exercise literacy, and his passion for outdoor activities exemplify an individual who strives to make a positive impact on both his patients and the community.

Dr. Cam is fluent in English and French. He is currently learning Spanish.

Evelyn Demoss

(She/Her) Practice Director

Evelyn, a proud native of Chihuahua, Mexico, has found her home in San Diego for the past 18 years. With over 15 years of experience in the chiropractic field, she is deeply committed to improving people's well-being and helping them lead healthier lives. Before embarking on her chiropractic journey, Evelyn played a crucial role in managing a non-profit veterans program, showcasing her unwavering dedication to supporting her community.

Evelyn's exceptional ability to connect with others shines through her ever-present smile, radiating warmth and positivity. Her outgoing and energetic nature leaves a lasting impression on everyone she meets. One of her greatest sources of joy is practicing the captivating art of folklorico dancing, where she celebrates and preserves her Mexican heritage. By actively engaging in her cultural traditions, Evelyn ensures their continued vitality.

Through her profound passion for chiropractic care, unwavering commitment to community service, and vibrant celebration of her heritage, Evelyn stands as an inspiring individual who leaves a positive impact on the lives of those she encounters.

Kevin Herrera

(He/Him) Chiropractic Assistant

Kevin, a San Diego native, has had the unique experience of being raised on both sides of the Mexican-American border, enabling him to become fluent in both English and Spanish. He completed the Medical Assistant Program at UEI College, demonstrating his commitment to healthcare and assisting others. Kevin's passion for helping people extends beyond his medical training as he aspires to further his education and pursue a career as a chiropractor or a movement therapist.

In his leisure time, Kevin finds joy in various activities. He has a penchant for traveling, immersing himself in new cultures and experiences. Reading and writing are among his favorite pastimes, allowing him to explore different worlds and express his creativity. Being an outdoors enthusiast, Kevin particularly relishes the opportunity to go on long runs at the park, accompanied by his beloved golden retriever, Lucy.

Kevin's fluency in both English and Spanish not only allows him to effectively communicate with a diverse range of individuals but also reflects his appreciation for his multicultural background. With his dedication to healthcare, ambition for further education, and zest for life, Kevin exemplifies an individual who is ready to make a positive impact in the field and in the lives of those he encounters.
